Our team at Baw Baw Lymphoedema brings together a group of dedicated health professionals who share a passion for supporting people living with lymphoedema, lipoedema, and cancer-related swelling. With backgrounds in physiotherapy, myotherapy, massage, and oncology rehabilitation, each of us contributes unique skills and experience to provide well-rounded, personalised care.
We pride ourselves on working collaboratively, sharing knowledge, and learning from one another so that every client receives the best possible support. Beyond our clinical expertise, we are caring, approachable people who genuinely value the connections we build with our clients and community.

She is passionate about empowering clients to take an active role in their care and enjoys incorporating exercise and movement wherever possible to support long-term health and wellbeing.
Kate’s clients appreciate her collaborative approach, warmth, and dedication to finding practical strategies that fit into everyday life.
Fun fact: Kate has completed five marathons and loves staying active both inside and outside the clinic.

Elisha has always been fascinated by the human body, but it was a personal experience with a severe knee injury in 2011 that inspired her to become a Physiotherapist. That journey gave her a deep appreciation for the importance of trust, clear communication, and motivation between health practitioners and patients — principles she now applies in her lymphoedema care.
Elisha is passionate about helping clients manage lymphoedema and improve function and quality of life, combining evidence-based techniques with a supportive and personalised approach.
Fun fact: Elisha has an extra bone in her foot. She has 3 Sesamoid bone instead of 2.

Heather is our Massage Therapist, offering gentle wellbeing lymphatic massage to support relaxation, reduce tension, and promote overall wellbeing. Her treatments are designed to encourage healthy lymphatic flow, ease feelings of heaviness, and help clients reconnect with their body in a calm and supportive environment. Heather tailors each session to the individual, providing nurturing care that supports balance, comfort, and relaxation.
Fun Fact: Heather puts her Indian ring neck parrot in a harness and take her for a walk.

Merylee is one of our Allied Health Assistants the Operations Manager at Baw Baw Lymphoedema, supporting the smooth running of the clinic and ensuring a positive experience for every client. She is deeply committed to supporting people through every stage of their cancer journey and believes cancer rehabilitation is about empowering people to maintain independence, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities that matter most. She is passionate about providing care that is safe, supportive, and grounding.
Fun Fact: Nature walks and being near water are Merylees therapy sessions.

Shantelle is our Allied Health Assistant and Practice Manager, supporting both client care and the day-to-day running of the clinic. She assists with treatments, compression garment fittings, and practical aspects of care, helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and well supported. Shantelle also coordinates appointments and clinic operations, ensuring each person has a smooth and welcoming experience. Her warm, organised, and compassionate approach makes her a valued part of the Baw Baw Lymphoedema team.
